Interesting twist in the arrest and indictment of Duane Davis for the murder of Tupac Shakur. Davis didn’t pull the trigger (believed to have been Orlando Anderson), but under Nevada law, if someone aids and abets, they’re equally guilty of the crime, hence the murder charge.
